Refund policy
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds
Maple Ridge Cabinetry does not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once production has begun or the order has been placed. This applies to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer
- Change in personal circumstances, taste, or needs
- Any other reason not related to manufacturing defects or shipping damage
All sales are final. Customers are encouraged to review order details, specifications, and measurements carefully before placing an order and contact sales@mapleridgecabinetry.com with any questions prior to purchase.
Shipping Damage or Issues
If an item arrives damaged (broken, cracked, scratched during shipping, or otherwise affected by the carrier), customers should contact sales@mapleridgecabinetry.com immediately with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging (including any visible damage to the box/crate)
- The shipping label
Maple Ridge Cabinetry will work directly with the customer and shipping carrier to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement of affected components, or other resolution based on the specifics of the claim. Claims must be reported promptly (typically within 7–14 days from delivery) to be eligible for consideration.
